We can provide a shell a menu of components (Kitchens/bathrooms) and sub-components (walls/accessible sockets) each with its own cost. The space could be left open with basic services to be completed by the occupants at a later date.
• The Eco-res concept can deliver stripped back, shell like homes that enable the owners to customise and adapt the layout of their homes in order to suit their needs. Similar to the internet we can provide ‘open systems’ that occupiers themselves are able to complete.
